This page of the Kena Bridge of Spirits game guide explains how to easily and quickly defeat the Stone Guardian, the next boss in the game. You will encounter it while doing the main mission called Adira's Fear - after you make your way through the waterfall.
Stone Guardian is a large golem created from stone. Its body is immune to all attacks, whether melee or ranged. However, its weak point are the bombs.
It is important to note, however, that the boss will not fight alone. Although the Guardian is slow, it is accompanied by familiar, weaker opponents that make fighting the boss a little more difficult.
To damage the boss, you must first throw a bomb at it. When it explodes, the boss's body will become more vulnerable. Also, you will notice three weak spots to shoot at. If you have the ability to slow down time while using the bow, it is worth using it, as you will regain the Courage spend on this move by shooting the boss's body.
Stone Guardian will rely mainly on two attacks. The first is to throw a boulder in your direction. The projectile flies in a straight line, so once it fires, it's a good idea to dodge sideways to avoid it.
His second attack is a jump towards you from far away. When landing, the boss hits the ground, dealing area of effect damage.
When the boss's health drops below half, the Stone Guardian will start screaming for a moment, followed by an explosion. At this point, Stone Guardian will gain a new move. The boss inserts its hands into the ground, causing spikes to appear under your feet.
When you see a thorn growing underground, take evasive action. The boss is very vulnerable during this attack. Make sure you have one point of Courage, because then you can use Rot to purify the flower on the boss's back and deal very high damage when you use Pulse, or shoot at the flower.
Don't waste time defeating smaller opponents either. They will always show up, so you will just have to ignore them unless you want to restore Courage to gain extra attacks.
