On this page of the Kena Bridge of Spirits guide, you'll read about how to unlock the game's hardest difficulty level, Master Difficulty, which is unavailable right from the beginning.

When starting the game, the first thing you will have to choose is the difficulty level. There are four difficulty levels in total. However one of them, Master Difficulty, is not available right away.

While the first three levels suggest easy, medium, and hard levels, the last one will put your skills to test. Unfortunately, it is inaccessible from the very beginning - you need to unlock it. You must play through the entire game at least once to be able to select this level.

However, there is a way to avoid this and be able to select that difficulty level right away. There is an exploit (unfortunately only on PC) that allows you to choose the hardest level from the very beginning.

Press the "Windows key + R" combination - a new window will appear. Then copy this:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Kena\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini

Then find the 7th line. You should see something like this: bHasUserBeatGame=False. You must change "False" to "True". Once you have done this, save the changes. Run the game. You should get a message that the mode has been unlocked. However, this method may not work in the future due to patches and fixes coming out for the game.
