Where to upgrade Cargo Space?

To increase the space in the hold, you must first research the appropriate upgrades. You will do it using the services of Dry Dock or Floating Dock operators. Below you will find the locations of the docks where you will find such facilities.

How to upgrade cargo space?

Once you're in the Upgrades screen, you'll see the development tree - Dredge: How to increase cargo space? - FAQ - Dredge Guide

Once you're in the Upgrades screen, you'll see the development tree. Some of its elements grant special modifications for the cargo hold. These are New Hull and Cargo Spaces. Please note that in order to reach these sections, you must first unlock the previous ones.

You will need materials and money to upgrade. The overall cost depends on the level of a given modification. All you have to do is move the resources from the Cargo tab or Storage and arrange them in the window on the left, as indicated by the white fields. Then click the Purchase Upgrade button and pay the fee. The modification will be installed automatically.

  1. Tier 2 Hull Upgrade - 5 extra spaces. Cost: 4x Lumber, 2x Metal Scraps, 3x Bolt of Cloth, 1x Refined Metal, 500 USD.
  2. 4 Cargo Spaces - 4 extra spaces. Cost: 4x Lumber, 3x Metal Scraps, 2x Bolt of Cloth, 300 USD.
  3. Tier 3 Hull Upgrade - 8 extra spaces. Cost: 4x Lumber, 1x Metal Scraps, 2x Refined Metal, 800 USD.
  4. 4 Cargo Spaces - 4 extra spaces. Cost: 4x Lumber, 3x Metal Scraps, 2x Bolt of Cloth, 300 USD.
  5. Tier 4 Hull Upgrade - 17 extra spaces. Cost: 4x Lumber, 3x Metal Scraps, 4x Bolt of Cloth, 3x Refined Metal, 1,500 USD.
  6. 4 Cargo Spaces - 4 extra spaces. Cost: 5x Lumber, 4x Metal Scraps, 3x Bolt of Cloth, 600 USD.
