1. Unfortunately, completing the new storyline of The Pale Reach expansion will not take you very long. It is possible to beat it in about 2 hours. You will spend most of your time getting to know the new archipelago and obtaining all the quest items that are necessary for further progress. These are primarily the Icebreaker and the Ice Axes hidden underwater, which you need to free characters locked in ice blocks.
