Unlocking the task
During this task, you'll investigate the problem of raw materials used to produce drugs being smuggled from Terminal B to Jamrock.
To start with the investigation, you need to meet with Joyce on her yacht - you can find it docked west from the apartment building. During the conversation, a Suggestion skill check will appear that you can take.
Before going through with the check, we recommend saving your progress and equipping items that improve Suggestion.
During the conversation with Joyce, you can tell her that you're from the police (possible once you've completed the Find your badge task) or offer to investigate the smuggling operation. The second choice initiates the task in question.
Conversations with 3 drivers
Your first task during this side quest will be talking to 3 drivers.
Racist Lorry Driver can be found in front of Frittte kiosk. This is north-east from the Whirling-in-Rags entrance.
Tommy Le Homme is the man standing next to a truck east of Kim's car and south of Whirling-in-Rags entrance.
Paledriver is a woman encountered east from Horseback Monument. This is south of the strike area.
Conversation with merchant Siileng
Conversations with Tommy Le Homme and Paledriver won't amount to much, but Racist Lorry Driver will be much more talkative when you ask him who has the drugs.
You'll be directed to a merchant named Siileng. This character can be found sitting on a chest east of the pawn shop entrance (this is south of Whirling-in-Rags entrance). Keep putting pressure on the trader, and eventually, he will tell you that the driver you are looking for is a woman with a very bad reputation.
Obtaining a key or information on the lorry
There are two ways of getting access to the truck:
- Getting the key - return to Tommy Le Homme and press him for more information about the woman driver. The man will budge, giving you the key to the lorry and showing you where to look for it.
- Getting the location of the lorry - you can force Racist Lorry Driver (the one before Frittte) to reveal the location of the needed lorry. The second option is possible only if you complete a difficult Half Light skill check - the task can be easier if it is Kim who leads the conversation.
Searching the FALN lorry
The green FALN truck can be found not far from the strike location and the Horseback Monument. If you have the key, simply open the vehicle. If you don't have it, you're going to need to use the prybar and pass a Physical Instrument check.
Once inside, examine every item in the cab: posters, radio, pedals. Optionally, you can also check the toolbox.

Completing the task
After examining the truck, talk to Kim about what you've been able to find out, and then go back to Joyce. When filing the report, you can tell Joyce what you discovered or let Kim lead that conversation. You'll receive 70 XP.
