Starting conditions

To start this task during the third day's sleep, you must first get the Indirect Modes of Taxation thought. You will do this by selecting ultraliberal/free market options in dialogues. When sleeping on day three, be sure to choose this dialogue option: I'm just looking out for my economic self-interest...

Talk to Cindy and lower the container

Talk to Cindy about acquiring some sort of art from her. You have to pass a white Suggestion skill check. It will make it easier for you to complete the murals on the wall below and obtain the Actual Art Degree thought. You can now buy back the "art" from her for 10 Real.

Searching for a buyer

Now the hardest part - finding a buyer. The right person resides inside a container in the warehouse area. You must first lower the container using a nearby console. High Rhetoric is required to pass this white skill check and open the container. Get in the container. In the conversation, present the piece of art to the man inside to receive shares.

Brand development expert

Talk to the drunk in the green sweatshirt - Idiot Doom Spiral. After talking to him and waiting half an hour, head to the horse monument near Whirling-in-Rags.

Your part of the quest ends here. However, it will end for good only after the final chapter (tribunal), where the monument will be altered to suit Harrier's style.
