1 � The glitch is hovering over a large sailing ship. Make your way to the top of the mast to reach a synchronization point and perform a leap of faith in order to grab the collectible mid flight.
2 � The glitch is at the top of the mast of one of the ships docked in the port.
3 � The glitch is high in the air near the Lambeth Bridge. Make your way to the top of the mast of a nearby ship, face the bridge, activate the rope launcher and use the rope to reach the collectible.
4 � The glitch is hovering right next to Lambeth Bridge. Get to the bridge, jump over its balustrade, lower yourself and move directly above the secret.
5 � The glitch is on a steamboat's mast. All you have to do is climb there.
6 � The glitch is hovering over one of the ships. Reach the top of the mast of that ship (there's a synch point here) and then perform a leap of faith.
7 � The glitch is levitating above a sailing ship. Make your way to the top of the mast of that ship and then do a leap of faith to catch the collectible in the air.
8 � The glitch is at the top of the mast of one of the ships and you only have to climb there.
9 � The glitch is very high in the air. Make your way to the top of the mast of a nearby ship, face an adjacent vessel, use a rope launcher and ride the rope to the collectible.
10 � The glitch is above the two ropes connecting the chimneys of a steamboat. Use the ropes to get to the secret.
11 � The glitch is hovering near a port. Climb on top of a nearby crane, go to the end of its arm and wait for the crane to start turning.
12 � The glitch is hovering near the pier. Get to the top of the mast of a nearby ship, face the pier and use a rope launcher on a pole with a flag. You will grab the collectible while using the rope.
13 � The glitch is hovering over the water. Get to the top of the mast of a nearby ship, face the collectible and use a rope launcher on a mast of another ship.
14 � The glitch is hovering right next to one of the bridges over Thames. Get to the bridge, jump over its balustrade, lower yourself and move directly above the secret.
15 � The glitch is hovering next to a pier. Start off by climbing to the top of a mast of a nearby ship. Face the pier and use a rope launcher on a pole with a flag. All you have to do right now is to ride the rope to the collectible.
16 � The glitch is levitating above the harbor. Climb one of the cranes, go to the end of its arm and wait for the crane to start turning.
17 � The glitch is at the top of a mast of one of the ships found here. All you need to do is climb the mast.
18 � The glitch is hovering over the water near the pier. Climb a pole with a flag found in the pier, face the collectible and use a rope launcher on another pole placed in the water. You will grab the secret while using the rope.
19 � The glitch is hovering near the port. Climb on top of a nearby crane, go to the end of its arm and wait for the crane to start turning.
20 � The glitch is hovering over one of the ships. Get to the highest mast (the one with the synchronization point), turn towards the secret and use a rope launcher on a lower mast.
21 � The glitch is above the middle size port. Climb on one of the cranes, go to the end of its arm and wait for the crane to start turning.
22 � The glitch is at the top of a very high pole and you must climb there.
23 � The glitch is on one of the masts of a sailing ship. Climb on top of the mast and walk on it to get to the collectible.
The above map presents the whereabouts of Helix rifts in the Thames in Assassin's Creed: Syndicate. You need to find the rifts on your own, because you cannot buy any map for them (the individual rifts are added to your map after you approach them). The majority of rifts are in difficult-to-access areas and reaching them may only be possible after you take a leap of faith. i.e. after you use the rope launcher. The ways to reach the most difficult ones have been provided below.
Rift 3
This rift is next to the Lambeth bridge, in the Southern part of the Thames. You need to climb onto the mast of one of the nearby boats, turn towards the bridge and use the rope launcher after you get into the position shown in the above screenshot.
Rift 9
This rift is in the central part of the Thames and it is very high above. Reach the very top of the mast of the nearby boat, turn towards the nearby vessel and use the rope launcher. Now, you only need to reach the collectible over the rope (the above screenshot).
Rifts 11, 16, 19 and 21
You get all of these in a very similar way. You need to reach the harbor, climb onto the crane and reach the tip of the arm (the above screenshot). After you do that, wait for the crane to start turning, thanks to which it takes you to the seemingly inaccessible collectible.
Rift 12
This rift is close to the harbor. You need to make it over to the nearby vessel, face towards the harbor and use the rope launcher on the flagpole. You get the collectible in the screenshot during the ride.
Rift 18
This rift is next to the harbor in the Northern Thames. In the harbor, you need to find the flagpole and climb onto it, to the very top. Turn toward the collectible and find another pole, sticking out of the water, behind it (the above screenshot). Use the rope launcher to get to the rift.
