Jumping on the roof of enemy vehicle is a quick way to eliminate the driver.

Follow the escaping carriages when the mission starts. Your objective is to eliminate three enemy vehicles. The easiest way will be driving close enough to be able to jump on the roof of enemy carriage. Eliminate the chase and then go to the factory.

Once on the highest floor, lure the enemy by whistling from behind the cover from where you can perform a silent assassination.

The place is swarming with enemies, so it is better to remain hidden. You will get near the person with the documents you seek faster from above, so go to the roof. Before the entrance you will face a single opponent, inside - another one (lure him with a whistle and kill from behind the cover). The last enemy on this floor is at the stairs.

A precise throw of the knife or a quick sprint and assassination will get the job done.

The passage down is guarded by enemy standing near the stairs. From here it might be hard to defeat her, but you can go more or less halfway the stairs and remain undetected. This will allow you to, for example, throw the knife. If you're detected, quickly go to the higher floor - the enemy will follow you, allowing you to jump directly on the opponent and perform an aerial assassination.

Wait for the enemy to turn his back on you and then enter the room.

Walk close to the target, to the place where you will find a scared civilian under the window. Wait a while for the enemy in other room to turn around - this will give you an opportunity to steal or quickly kill the enemy without being punished. Get the documents and leave the factory through the same road, then return the papers by going to the marked location.

Challenges

Do not let the target exit the factory - don't let anyone detect you, as it would alarm your target. If it will happen, you will still have the chance to complete the side objective, simply quickly chase and kill the escaping gang boss.
