Use the ships to quickly move forward.

Go to the docks after the conversation with Darwin. Try to avoid wasting time on swimming, use the ships, boats and zipline instead. Don't worry about the bandits and the flow of time, all you need to do is get near the marked place, which means you can save few more seconds than if you would had to get directly to the target. If you won't swim during the whole time, you should make it with no trouble.

Find and steal the weakly protected flower.

Find the orchid on the barge. Sneak up to it, for example by swimming close enough. Then, jump out and quickly steal it. Return to Darwin by using a carriage.

Challenges

Get to the docks before the bandits - use the ships, boats and ziplines to avoid wasting time in the water and to quickly get near the docks.

Use carriage to return to Darwin - after you obtain the orchid, go back to Darwin in a carriage.
