03 - Recollection | Charles Dickens Memories

Easily steal from all citizens.

You will be hypnotized after the conversation with Dickens. The events will turn back to the previous mission - go to three citizens and steal from them, while watching out for the policemen. Go back to the hypnotizer and talk with him.

The hypnotizer will enter the building a moment after you locate him.

You will regain your senses now. Find the hypnotizer. He will be on a restricted area, looting the house of his victim. Your task is to kidnap him.

Important: if you are detected by the hypnotizer, he will hypnotize you and you will wake up nearby. The enemies whom you have killed will not respawn.

Using the smoke bomb will make the assassination and kidnapping very easy.

The fastest way to capture the hypnotizer is cleaning the bottom of the building of all enemies and then walking to the first floor. The hypnotizer is accompanied by one enemy, this makes a quick and silent kidnapping impossible. Use the smoke bomb, kill the enemy and kidnap the hypnotizer. Get him to the vehicle while avoiding detection (if you haven't killed other enemies) and drive him to the police station.
