Watch out for the incoming train.

Follow Dickens. After a while you will notice Spring-Heeled Jack. Follow him using the zipline to get between the buildings. You don't need to worry about the time, the enemy is simply waiting for you. Watch out twice for his shots. Once Jack will get to the ground, remain on the roof. Once you get to the tracks, don't jump immediately to the other side. Wait for the train to drive through (it could kill you if you would hang too low on the rope).

Tackle Jack in the final phase of the chase and then start fighting him.

Finally, you will reach the roof of the train station. There you will have the opportunity to tackle the enemy. A battle will start and another enemy will join it. Don't worry about him as the battle will be short anyway - after a moment Jack will escape again.

Challenges

Don't touch the ground - don't touch the ground during the whole chase. Use zipline to move between buildings. You will have the opportunity to tackle the enemy on the glass roof of the train station.
