Surprise the thugs from the air.

You will start the mission by talking with the engineer at the front of the train. Go to the pointed bar, where you must talk with three gentlemen. Then go to the nearby alley. Follow the trail of vomit, turn right on the crossroad and talk with the nearby man. Now follow the blood trail. After a while you will reach the place where Bob is beaten by three thugs. Kill them, and then take care of Bob (kidnapping).

Carefully avoid the enemies on your way when leading Bob.

The next part of the mission is leading Bob to a safe place. Few enemies will be positioned along the way, so move slowly when near then, so that you won't get detected (watch out for patrolling policemen as well). Getting to the destination shouldn't be troublesome if you keep your distance. Remember, that when you run you can be spotted much easier.

Most of all, drive carefully. If you won't crash the carriage, you will have more than enough of time.

Sadly, in the end you will be forced to fight anyway, and Bob will be stabbed with a knife. Kill the enemies (smoke bomb will be useful), then throw Bob to the nearby carriage. Now drive to the hospital. The route isn't hard, but try to drive fast, and most of all safely (don't damage the carriage, as it deals additional damage to Bob). After arriving under the hospital building you will find out that you won't leave your companion there - drive another while to get to the place where Agnes will take him.

Challenges

Avoid open conflict - when leading Bob, watch out for the thugs and policemen walking nearby. Go slowly, keeping the distance. If you will be detected, you can always leave Bob for a while and silently clean the route leading to the carriage, returning for the companion once the coast is clear.
