3 � The glitch is in the air between houses. Make your way to the roof of one of the buildings and make a jump towards the adjacent roof.
4 � The glitch is above a wooden beam which connects the roof of two buildings. All you have to do is cross this beam.
5 � The glitch levitates above the roof of one of the houses. Make a jump towards it from a higher roof.
6 � The glitch is high in the air near the Lambeth Palace. Extend a rope between the highest roofs or chimneys and use it to make your way above the collectible. Once you've done that you only have to let go of the rope.
7 � The collectible is above one of the poles. Make your way to the top of the higher pole and make a jump towards the smaller pole in order to grab the collectible.
8 � The glitch is hanged high above the street. Make your way to the highest vantage point on the roof of one of the nearby buildings. Face the collectible and use the rope launcher. You can grab the glitch while sliding on a rope or let go once you're directly above it.
9 � The glitch is hanged high in the air. Make your way to a roof from where you'll be able to perform a leap of faith and at the same time grab the collectible.
10 � The glitch is between the two buildings. Get to the roof of one of the houses and activate a rope launcher so that you can find yourself near the collectible while using the rope.
11 � The glitch is levitating above the street. Reach a roof of one of the nearby buildings, use a rope launcher and grab the collectible while travelling on a rope.
12 � The glitch is above a cart with hay and in order to obtain it you must perform a leap of faith which ends in landing in hay.
13 � The glitch is under the train tracks. Use your rope launcher to reach the metal beams.
14 � The glitch is levitating close to a wall of the cotton factory. You can make a jump from the factory's roof or you can simply climb the wall.
15 � The glitch is hanging above one of the factory's building. Extend a rope between two chimneys and use it to get to the secret.
16 � The glitch is hanging near a cart filled with a hay. Make your way to a vantage point above the collectible and perform a leap of faith.
17 � The glitch is hovering near a building. Climb on top of a chimney on a nearby building, use a rope launcher and grab the collectible while sliding on a rope.
18 � The tree is hidden between the tree branches and in order to get it you must perform a jump from a roof of a nearby building.
19 � The glitch is hanging high in the air. Jump towards it from a roof of a nearby building.
20 � The glitch is levitating above one of the houses. Climb on top of a chimney and jump towards the collectible.
You need to find the rifts on your own, because you cannot buy any map for them (the individual rifts are added to your map after you approach them). The majority of rifts are in difficult-to-access areas and reaching them may only be possible after you take a leap of faith. i.e. after you use the rope launcher. The ways to reach the most difficult ones have been provided below.
Rift 6
This rift is above the Northern part of the Lambeth Palace. Extend the rope between the nearby high roofs, or chimneys and use it to move directly above the collectible (the above screenshot). After you do, let off the rope.
Rift 7
This rift is in the western part of the district, near the Thames river. Find the two poles and climb onto the taller one. Then, take a step towards the lower pole, above which there is the collectible levitating (the above screenshot).
Rift 8
This rift is high above the street in the central part of Lambeth. Make it over to the tallest possible point of one of the nearby buildings, face towards the collectible and use the rope launcher. You can grab the Rift along your way down (the above screenshot) or let go, when you get right above it.
Rift 15
This rift is above one of the factory buildings in the North-Eastern corner of the district. Extend the line between the two chimneys and use it to reach the collectible shown in the screenshot.
Rift 17
This rift is in the North-Eastern part of the district, close to the big building. Climb onto the chimney of the nearby building and , face towards the collectible and use the rope launcher. You should be able to grab the collectible along the ride.
Rift 18
This rift is in the North-Eastern part of the district. It is hidden inside the tree foliage, in the spot shown in the above screenshot. Take the leap towards the tree, from the nearby rooftop.
