Blend into the crowd to approach the enemy.

Talk to the queen and head to the parliament. Inside, locate the secret agent. He will give you a task of killing one of the Templars. You will find him in a corridor nearby. Use the crowd to blend in and approach the Templar, who is standing with his back facing you. If he notices you, approach him right away and eliminate him before he detonates the explosives.

On the courtyard, watch out not to get detected by two enemies at once.

You will find the next targets in the corridors on the other side and on the courtyard. Sneak up to them by blending into the crowd and if you are spotted, eliminate them as fast as you can (when a civilian dies because of an explosion, you will be desynchronized). When on the courtyard, you have to be especially careful not to get noticed by two Templars at the same time.

To complete the optional objective, you have to cause an explosion when there are no civilians around. There is a good opportunity when dealing with the second Templar (in the Westminster Hall). Wait until the enemy is in the place shown in the picture above and allow him to see you. The explosion should kill only the Templar.

Wait until you can see the enemy's head and then shoot.

After dealing with the bombers, head to Fleming. You will notice the leader of the Templars running away. Chase him for a while. The enemy will stop in one of the corridors and you will see him holding Fleming and aiming his pistol at him. Use the moment when you can see the Templar's head (aim earlier) and shoot. Don't wait too long because the time is running out and the bombs will soon explode.

Use the rope to quickly get to the top.

Lastly, start disarming the bombs. Run to the end of the corridor and turn right. You will find the first one near the wall. Run out to the courtyard where the second bomb is. Now, go back to the palace and head towards the exit, where you will find the third bomb (Westminster Hall). Lastly, run outside and approach Big Ben. Don't waste time climbing, but use the rope instead. Disarm the bomb on the top and talk to Disraeli to finish the mission.

Note: You can quickly locate the bombs by using Eagle Vision in the right area.

Challenges

Make a Templar kill himself, but not innocents - allow the Templar to see you when there are no civilians around. Don't kill him, but wait until he detonates the bomb.
