Once the mission starts, jump to the haystack below and hide behind the wall, having the entrance visible in front of you (as on the screen). Wait for two enemies to start talking with the guard at the gate, then throw the barrels below, killing all three of them. Kill another enemy behind the wall and, optionally, other opponents that have seen the falling barrels. After clearing the territory walk towards the gate and destroy the lock.

Other valves are located on the higher floors.

Once inside, follow the character you met. You will receive the objective to damage few valves. If you want to complete the side objective and have a full synchronization, remember that you cannot kill the enemies here. Because of that, focus on being undetected. As for the first two valves, start with the one on the right side. It is guarded by a single enemy who sometimes leaves it unprotected. When walking close, watch out for the opponents in the small room on the other side, they can detect you.

Stunning the opponents will make it easier to remain hidden.

The two enemies mentioned above are guarding the next valve. In order to turn it, you must wait for the appropriate time - when one of the guards will leave the room and the second will turn his back on the valve. This will give you only few seconds after which they will start moving again. It is a good idea to hang on the other side and quickly jump to the room once the time is right. Then, immediately go towards the pipe and quickly jump back outside.

Important: you can use the time when the enemies are going in different directions to stun (not kill) one of them.

At this point you cannot go to the bottom because the leaked gas will be hurting you while you're in the area polluted by it. The other two pipes are located above.

All enemies are moving through a predestined route, always leaving the valves unprotected for few moments.

It is best to get to the next floor through the stairs. Watch out for the single opponent behind them (the valve is nearby). Another valve can be found on the other side, you can turn it when the pair of opponents will turn away (similarly to all other guards with the same behavior).

The guards on the last level are leaving the valve unprotected.

Climb to the top where you will find a single lever. You can easily sneak up on the single opponent nearby, you can also simply wait for all enemies to walk in their directions. If you have trouble with luring them away, let them see you on the other side and then disappear from their sight. The enemies will go to your last known position and you, once you become anonymous again, will be able to turn the lever (enemies will return to their assigned positions after a while).

Don't forget about a quick escape.

Then, quickly run towards the pointed window. The leaked gas will hurt you. Jumping at the window will end the mission.

Challenges

Kill everyone in the building with the gas - this challenge limits the possibility to kill enemies. However, you can still stun them - it makes you easier to detect, but you shouldn't have any trouble with single opponents. In case of detection, don't fight, but ran away and try to become anonymous. Turning all the valves without killing any opponents is more time consuming, but absolutely possible to complete.
