Use the objects on the river to avoid falling to the water.

Go at the river after the mission starts. Your objective is to get to the other side. In order to complete the side objective, make sure that you are always jumping from one ship to another (free run up), not into the water. Reaching the marked location will be possible if you will be jumping from ship to a ship fast enough. Near the ferry that is your target you can also use the stakes and boats at the water.

Reaching the ship will activate the next part of the mission. In order to destroy the contraband you must shoot the nearby dynamite chest or set it on fire. It will be easier if first you will eliminate the opponents, otherwise they will interrupt you when moving the chests. You can do it while remaining in hiding or in open conflict - you won't receive any penalty for that. No matter the method you choose, place the chests near each other (screen) if you want to destroy two cargo of contraband at once. Then, do the same with the third one.

You will have at least two occasions to eliminate the target from the roof above the territory.

Your actions will lure Malcolm Millner from his hideout. The fastest way to get to him is by using the rope to get to the high post that is near Jacob. From there you can again use the zipline and get to the restricted area (move fast as you can be spotted at some altitude). Then jump to another building, from the left. From there you can kill Malcolm Millner even without walking below, by throwing barrels at his head (if you will fail to do it, an aerial assassination is possible as well). Once he is dead, escape from the territory and go at Pearl's position.

Enter the building through the window above the "wholesale" sign.

After reaching the destination, find the entrance through the window which is located above the sign on the building. Bypass the single opponent in the corner of the building and enter through the mentioned window inside. Walk down and overhear the conversation. Once the talk is over, quickly escape from the region.

Challenges

Do not touch the river Thames - when getting through the river, use various ships, boats and other objects at which you can jump to get to the ferry without getting wet.

Sabotage two contrabands at once - place the dynamite chest close to the target number 1 and 2 (the third one is slightly further). Then set one of the chests on fire, creating a chain reaction.
