Jump on the carriage once you get close enough.

Go to the place with the carriage. Follow the target, allowing your character to jump on his carriage and taking control over it.

Ram the vehicle that is chasing you to complete the side objective.

Then, drive the explosive cargo to the destination. Watch out to avoid damaging the carriage too much, each hit will reduce the stability of the explosive. A single carriage will attack you on the way, ram it few times until you throw it over. Then just follow the checkpoints, riding slowly and watching out for the cargo.

Remember to attack in first order the enemies that are threat to your temporary ally.

In the last place you will be attacked by a large group of enemies. Additionally, you must protect your ally. Focus most of the attacks on yourself and in first order attack the enemies that are threatening your companion. Once you defeat them, eliminate the sniper above and talk with the anarchist.

Challenges

Knock over the carriage that is chasing you - ram the vehicle that will chase you. If you will be driving carefully rest of the time, the resistance of the nitroglycerine should be sufficient to complete the mission.
