Releasing the children
This mission is focused on finding a couple (2-4) of groups of imprisoned children and setting them free. On every level of a factory there is couple of enemies which are going to either patrol their surroundings or guard the children. The best way to get inside is to climb as fast as you can and use the top entrance to the building. After that go to the bottom levels and use the advantage of seeing your enemies from a better perspective.
Try to also find a foreman. Killing him will reduce the number of enemies in the factory. You may use the eagle vision and look for the target with a white mark. Some of the factories have an alarm system. If you will be spotted the enemy will ring the bell and summon more troops against you. You may stop that from happening by killing the enemy who tries to raise the alarm before he or she will get to a bell - you may recognize the right target by the bell icon - or by getting to the bell earlier on and interacting with it to sabotage its functions.
Hunting the thugs
This type of missions will uses the kidnapping mechanic. You need to find your target, get behind it and initiate the kidnapping. Hold your target and take him to the marked carriage. Try to stay anonymous since if your target will notice you he or she will try to run away. Standing behind your target's back and initiating the kidnapping will create a small circle around your target. This highlighted area shows what is the zone which will keep you being undetected. The risk of being noticed increases if you start to walk faster or run. If your target will try to escape press the right button. The Intimidation skill will eliminate this impediment.
There are also other and often much easier ways to complete this quest:
- stun your target and lift bring the body to the carriage.
- kill the target and bring the body. Even though it will complete the mission, you will receive only 90% of Synchronization.
- kill the surrounding enemies and after that kidnap your target. Having the clear path will make this quest much easier.
In the end put the target in the carriage and ride to marked destination. There is a possibility of being chased by enemy carriages. Get back your anonymity to complete the mission in the marked area.
Hunting the Templars
These quests are focused on assassinating a marked enemy. Mostly there is an option to do complete this in a finesse way presented in a mission description however you may also try to assassinate him or her in some other way. You may also finish him or her off in an open fight. Some missions require you to kill more than one target. When you will succeed escape by getting to the marked area.
Some missions does require you to kill a target in a specific way. The easier types focus on killing it from above or with an explosive. There are also missions who allow you finish an execution however you like and the main difficulty will be hiding the body after that. To complete the "force a target to kill another target" quest you need to use a hallucinogenic dart. The target you are going to hit will go nuts and will fight the surrounding characters. To increase a chance of him or her eliminating the right target try to assassin other enemies and keep only these two alive.
Gang's lodging
Taking over the enemy gang's lodging requires you to eliminate every enemy in it. While getting close to this area try to make a use of the height advantage and try to highlight all the possible targets. You should start by killing the snipers from the roofs. The rest of the enemies kill in whatever order you like. A leader will have a yellow mark and the scouts will be able to call the reinforcements. Because of that try assassinate them while staying undetected - especially since killing a leader will result in part of his troops escaping from the area.
Basically you may do during these missions whatever you like. Quiet executions will have the same result as an open battle. Use your grappling hook to move between the buildings and kill people from above. Sometimes you will have a side quest such as stealth assassination of the leader, being undetected by scouts, burning some documents hidden in buildings or releasing the imprisoned Rooks.
Gang's war
This mission is the last chapter in conquering a city district and will be unlocked when you finish completing the rest of the missions from the district's map. Take with you some gadgets, especially smoke grenades and throwing knives. The general idea is very simple. You and your Rooks are going to face the Blighters and their leader.
At first you have to execute a specific amount of enemies by, for example, stabbing them in the back. Try to keep your Rooks alive. After this part an enemy leader will arrive. Killing him will result in conquering a district. You may basically ignore his allies. You should especially beware of the enemy counterattacks. If you have successfully killed an enemy leader earlier on the entire battle will be a short fight with a couple of gangsters.
