Hit the Templar several times.

Talk to the queen and head to the police station. Enter the cell and punch the Templar several times to obtain information about the train full of explosives.

Jump on the tracks as fast as you can and catch the train.

Quickly head to the tracks where you will see a locomotive. Under the bridge, jump out of the carriage and climb towards the tracks. The train is quite long, so you probably won't miss it (if you do, you have to chase it along the tracks). Jump onto one of the wagons an run towards the locomotive, eliminating the enemies on your way. You won't be able to disarm the bomb, so detach the wagons to rescue the passengers.

The most important part of the task is to quickly get to the train. Jump onto the tracks as soon as you see it. If you're fast, reaching the bomb will be very easy.
