Keep attention to the time limit - once the counter reaches zero, the mission will end in failure.

You will have a time limit to complete this whole mission. If you will die between checkpoints, the time limit will return to the level it was at when you reached that checkpoint. Because of that, if you have trouble with meeting the time limit, it might be easier to repeat the mission from the start and quickly move between the points you already know. Use the carriage for that in order to save some time.

Stand behind the merchant and steal from him when the policeman will walk away.

First go to the marked location and find the merchant. You can walk towards him with no fear and stand behind him. Then wait for the policeman to look in other direction and perform the theft.

Try to kill as many enemies as possible before you reveal yourself.

The next point on the map is the pharmacist. He will be surrounded by few enemies. You must protect him. Try to remain hidden at least for some time, as enemies will start attacking both you and the apothecary once you are detected. It might make the battle unnecessarily longer and endanger the ally to lose his life (he has rather small resistance to attacks). Instead of that, kill at least 2-3 enemies while hidden, this will make the battle shorter and will allow you to save some time.

Hijack the carriage and drive it to the destination.

Once you finish talking with the pharmacist, you must chase the escaping carriage. Once Evie runs out of the alley and you will regain control of her, quickly take over one of the carriages standing next to the road. Follow the target, get close to it, jump on its roof and take control of it. Capturing it in less than one minute is not very hard if you will hijack the carriage fast enough and will accelerate consequently. Finally, drive the medicine to Miss Nightingale.

Challenges

Do not kill the Peddler - perform the theft when the policeman will be looking in different direction. You can stand behind the merchant with no trouble.

Hijack the pharmacist's cart in less than 1 minute - quickly take control of the nearby carriage (when Evie will run from the alley), then try to stick to the track when chasing the escaping vehicle of the pharmacist. Use the acceleration to get to the enemy vehicle faster, this will allow you to jump on the other roof and to take control of the vehicle.
