Climb the building without the soldiers noticing you.

First, you have to steal a royal carriage. To do it, head towards the building located to the west of the entrance guarded by two soldiers. Watch out for guards on the roof. Jump over the fence and climb the building in the middle of it.

Throw a smoke bomb to startle the horse.

Head towards the courtyard while staying on the roof. On the left, you will see two enemies on balconies. You can go past them by hiding behind the chimneys. If you don't want to bother completing the optional objective, you can jump down, simply take the carriage and leave the area. However, it is much better to throw a smoke bomb under one of the carriages. The horse will run around the courtyard for a while, but eventually it will leave this area.

The horse will run outside, allowing you to steal the carriage.

Now you just have to circle the courtyard while staying on the roof. Jump down, eliminate three enemies (you can also do it before you jump, using a dart for example) and enter the carriage. Leave this area and go pick up the Maharaja.

Transport the NPCs to the proper locations, but watch out not to damage to carriage.

With Duleep, drive to the first politician. The, you have 90 seconds to reach the station. You don't need to hurry, because it's enough time and you don't want to damage the carriage. Watch out for fire brigade carriages. After you drive the politician to the right place, go pick the next person. Be careful not to damage the carriage all the time. Again, you have 90 seconds to complete the task. Watch out for carriages showing up on turns. The last person will be Mr. Gladstone, but this time you have 150 seconds. It is surely enough, so you can drive carefully.

At the end, drive the carriage back to its place and run away. The quest will end after you regain anonymity.

Challenges

Steal a carriage without entering the courtyard - throw a smoke bomb under one of the carriages from the roof. The horses will run outside the courtyard.

Don't let the royal carriage's condition drop below 50% - drive the carriage carefully during the whole mission and monitor the level of damage (the bar in the centre of the screen).
