Go to the place where Marx will have his speech. Use the eagle vision to find all four targets. The basic of your action is remaining hidden, as being detected will cause desynchronization. There are many people on the area of operation, you can hide among them.

After getting the enemy out you can kill him and hide the body in the carriage.

Getting close to enemies shouldn't be troublesome. Starting from one side, kidnap each of them one after another. When getting the enemies out, watch out for the range in which you are detected - the policemen are standing tightly at the passages. Getting all four enemies out is a time consuming task, but if you will stick to the schematic you will remain undetected. The hardest part is kidnapping and then walking undetected near the policemen. The enemies are so far away from each other that they shouldn't notice you.

Don't let Marx get killed and eliminate the opponents that are attacking him.
