The Break-in main quest in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle involves stealing an artifact from the Marshall College. This guide page describes the mystery of the exhibition where the theft occurred. In the walkthrough we show you how to match the exhibits with their associated display cases, thanks to which you will determine which artifact was stolen by the Giant.

How to get to the puzzle in Marshall College?

  1. You will first visit Marshall College after completing the short prologue. Indy must first explore the building at nighttime and this will lead to a confrontation with the Giant.
  2. You will regain consciousness on the next day. You must return with Brody to the place where the fight took place. You will notice that two large display cases are broken.

How to match artifacts?

The premise of this puzzle is to match the artifacts lying on the ground to their stands in nearby display cases. This will allow you to ultimately find out what artifact was stolen by the Giant: it will be the only one missing. You can pick up the artifacts in any order and you can also drop them if necessary.

  1. Place the Bastet Statue in the left display case, on the middle stand.
  1. Funeral mask needs to be placed in the right display case, on the left stand.
  1. Ivory Case goes into the right display case, onto the right stand.
  1. Terracotta Relief belongs in the left display case, on the right stand.

Where is the fifth artifact?

  1. Placing artifacts on their correct spots should trigger a cutscene. Indy determines that Cat Mummy is the stolen artifact.
  2. If the cutscene didn't play, check the artifacts again. Indiana should always comment if you place an artifact in a wrong place, so you don't have to wait until the end of the puzzle to check your choices.
