There are side activities in the game that cannot by completed by travelling only in one region. These include:

Izuhara Region

The Izuhara Region is the first location you visit in Ghost of Tsushima. In this region you will find:

Toyotama region

The Toyotama Region is the second location you visit in Ghost of Tsushima. You can get there by finishing Act 1;

5. 17 Inari Shrines;
6. Bamboo Strikes;
7. Haiku;
8. Shinto Shrines;
9. Lightouses.

Kamiagata Region

The Kamiagata Region is the last major location in Ghost of Tsushima. You can get there by finishing Act 2;

4. 10 nari Shrines;
