1 Inari Shrine
Location: Golden Forest
Fox hole is located near the river. As soon as you get close to it, your animal guide will hit the road. Follow the fox along the water reservoir, break through small rocks until you reach the shrine.
2 Inari Shrine
Location: Golden Forest
The fox hole is located between the trees. After you approach it, the fox will lead you into the woods. There is a small elevation between the large trees. You will find the Inari Shrine under it.
3 Inari Shrine
Location: Jade Hills
The fox hole is located near the river. After you get near it, the fox will lead you to the rocks. If you fall down from the rocks, then the fox will be waiting for you at the Inari Shrine.
4 Inari Shrine
Location: Black Sand Inlet
The fox hole is located near a path. Your animal companion will run towards the rocks as soon as you start chasing him. Try not to lose it because the fox won't wait for you in such conditions.
5 Inari Shrine
Location: Shigenori's Peak
The fox hole is located near a path. Your animal companion will head towards the rocks. But you don't have to follow him directly. The shrine can be noticed from under his burrow. We have marked it in the screenshot above. Climb the rocks and complete this optional activity.

The fox hole is located in the forest near a trodden path. When you get close to it, the fox will set off towards the beach. You'll find a shrine there.

Location: Yagata Forest
This foxhole is easy to spot. The tree underneath which the fox is residing is among birch trees. This makes it easy to notice the spot due to the different color of leaves.

Location: Golden Forest
This fox hole is right next to a camp. The fox will lead you to the shrine located on the mountainside.
9 Inari Shrine
Location: Kuta Grasslands
The shrine is located at the very top of the mountain. Follow the fox and try not to lose sight of him.
10 Inari Shrine
Location: Jito's Point
You'll find the fox hole right next to the Mongol camp. However, you can safely approach it and reach the shrine.

Location: Sakimori Overlook
The shrine is located at the top of the mountain. You have to be careful not to fall while jumping between rocks.

Location: Azamo Bay
The fox will only appear after taking over the village. This will happen during the Unfinished Business side mission.

Location: Exile's Bluff
There's a fox waiting for you next to the road. It's really hard to miss. Get close to the animal, then follow the fox into the mountains. There is a hidden shrine in there.
14 Inari Shrine
Location: Azure Pond
The fox hole is located right next to the path. The curious fox will lead you up to the mountains and then straight to the shrine. On the way there you have to jump on the rocks and squeeze through narrow passages.
15 Inari Shrine
Location: Winding Trial
This fox is waiting for you right by the streamside. It will lead you into the mountains. Once you get there, you can find the shrine.
16 Inari Shrine
Location: Kashine Hills
That fox is hard to miss. All you have to do is keep moving along the path and you will come across him and the shrine.
17 Inari Shrine
Location: Wolf Cub Falls
You'll encounter a fox on the shore. This one will take you to the top of the rocks to reach the next shrine.
18 Inari Shrine
Location: Kashine Forest
The fox hole is located in the middle of the forest. It is an area where bears are wandering. So you have to make sure they don't attack you. However, you don't have to worry about the fox - the animal cannot be hurt in any way.

Location: Kukai's Falls
The fox hole is located right next to the pond.
20 Inari Shrine
Location: Kaneda Inlet
Fox hole is located right next to the beach. It is easy to spot, because the tree surrounding the hole is immediately visible in this empty area.
21 Inari Shrine
Location: Izuhara Clearing
The fox hole is located in the middle of the forest.
