General information

  1. The game has 54 trophies. There are 44 bronze, 7 silver, 2 gold, and 1 platinum trophies.
  2. You won't get all the trophies during a single playthrough. You have to complete it at least twice - on different difficulty levels.

How to unlock: free a bound ally

Comment: you get this trophy by helping a companion who was grappled or pinned down by an enemy. You can get it when fighting the first boss. All you have to do is switch to another member of the team and free the other from oppression. If you don't take advantage of that opportunity, another one will appear at the end of Chapter 4. How to unlock: save Johnny five times.

Comment: this trophy is connected with a few side missions. Complete them, and you will unlock this trophy in Chapter 14.

Building Character

How to unlock: reach level 50

Comment: to get this trophy, you have to reach level 50 (the maximum level).

Staggering Feat

Trophy type: bronze

How to unlock: inflict 300% damage on a staggered enemy.

Comment: you have to do this either on normal or hard difficulty. You must first stagger an enemy and then inflict as much damage as possible using a variety of abilities.

Best in the Business

Trophy type: silver

How to unlock: complete all 26 side missions.

Comment: to get this trophy, you have to go through the game twice. You can complete only 24 side missions on your first playthrough.

Disc Jockey

How to unlock: get all enemy Materia.

Comment: to get this trophy, you have to do the jobs for Chadley first.

That's the Smell

Trophy type: silver

How to unlock: defeat Malboro.

Comment: to start the fight with Malboro, you must finish the game and unlock the high difficulty mode. Once you do this, you will receive a notification that new battles are available in the VR simulator in Chapter 17.

The fight with Malboro is the fifth round of the challenge - "Three-Person Team vs. Monsters of Legend". This fight is unavailable on lower difficulties. Entry costs 600 Gil.

Ultimate Weapon

How to unlock: beat the Pride and Joy prototype.

Comment: another fight available only on high difficulty. You can fight with Pride and Joy in Shinra Combat Simulator in Chapter 17.

How to unlock: complete the game on high difficulty.

Comment: you unlock this difficulty by finishing the game on normal.
