This page in our guide to Anthem focuses on side missions (called Agent Missions) related to the Sentinels faction. Besides the usual rewards, completing these missions will give you loyalty points for a given faction.

How to unlock new missions for Sentinels?
The Sentinels have their kiosk in the western part of Fort Tarsis. Brin is the person you have to speak with to get new Agent Missions. Every time you go back to Fort Tarsis, be sure to check if there is a head or a contract icon on the map. Both icons inform you that a new Agent Mission for Sentinels is available.
This kiosk also has an option to check your Sentinels reputation. This topic is described broadly in Reputation and factions chapter.
Preventative Precautions
The first Agent Mission for Sentinels is mandatory - it is part of Lending a Hand Story Mission. Meet with Brin in Fort Tarsis - you are ordered to examine Scars' suspicious actions. Start an expedition. Go to the base pointed by the game and start fighting. Watch out for stronger enemies like Hunters.
Go to Scars' camp. You need to search 3 salvage - one of them is presented in the picture. Locate them by paying attention to the radar.
Your new objective is to reach The Hollow - a separate location that requires loading. Fly into the cave and look for the lost devices. Fight with more Scars - watch out for the Scouts.
Fly to another area - respawns are blocked here. Eliminate Enforcers by using your special abilities or other attacks. Besides these units, you also have to defeat regular enemies. Remember to use covers.
You need to secure the relic - find 3 fragments of the artifact. Your radar shows the paths to each of the pieces. Remember, after you pick a piece up, you won't be able to fly. Deliver all fragments to the device in the center.
Install all fragments to end the expedition. Go back to Fort Tarsis and speak with Brin.
Contract: Scar Control
You can get this contract from the notice board near the Sentinels kiosk (you don't have to speak with Brin). Contracts don't focus much on a story. They have random objectives which means that when you replay the same contract (e.g. when you are playing with another player) you can have different mission objectives. These missions can be about, e.g. destroy Outlaws' camps or retrieve signets left by fallen Sentinels.
Cautious Cooperation
Brin asks you to repair devices that can track Scars. Start a new expedition and go to the first device. Activate it and wait for the bar to get full. You shouldn't be attacked by any enemies.
Head to the Scars' camp - the game will block the option to use respawns. Watch out for Snipers and Enforcers. Approach the second device after the camp is secure. Activate it and wait for the bar to get full.
Fly to the third device. Activate it and wait for the bar to get full. You can now head to the Scars' base. Prepare yourself, this fight will be more challenging. Try to weaken Machine Gun Turrets as soon as you start fighting - use your strongest attacks to do that. Also, the game will block the option to respawn.
Your new objective is to find 4 fragments and deliver them (one by one) to the appointed construction. New enemies can attack you during this section. You can defeat them immediately or leave for later.
Lastly, go to the Shaper Relic and mark it. Soon, the expedition will end. Speak with Brin in Fort Tarsis.
A Simple Job
Brin wants you to support Sentinels protecting a group of researchers. Start the expedition and go to the Sentinels base. Approach the allies, examine the artifact, and listen to a new conversation with Brin.
Go to the location with the generator. When you arrive there, the game will block the option to respawn. Defeat Scars. You will be accompanied by Sentinels. One of the objectives is to revive Sentinel Barr. You can do that immediately or after the area is secure.
Go back to the Sentinels' base. The facility has been attacked - join the defenders. You don't have to revive fallen comrades. However, this is useful when you are playing alone or in a weakened team.
Start destroying Scar Hives as soon as you get this objective. You can do that by using stronger abilities or, e.g. by getting close to them and hitting them with a melee attack.
Reach the relic and pick it up. You need to take it away from the Sentinels' base. Remember, you can't jump while you are carrying heavy objects. On your way to the appointed location, you will come across a few ambushes prepared by the Outlaws. You can either defeat the enemies or run away. Reach the spot marked by the game (see the picture) and place the artifact on the ground.
More enemies will come. Your new objective is to find 4 fragments. The best method to fight with these enemies is to attack them in-between transporting the artifacts - you can't fly when you are carrying a heavy object. Complete the relic to end the expedition. Meet with Brin to end this mission.
Enemy Mine
Brin will ask you to take a look at the case of missing Sentinels who were in progress of searching for a relic. Begin the expedition and travel to the location. Once you arrive, you need to fight incoming Scars and destroy three Hives - consider this second activity a priority. Nevertheless, watch out for more powerful opponents, as you can encounter legendary and elite enforcers on the battlefield.
Once you fight your way through, investigate the destroyed encampment. The radar will lead you to interactive chests. You need to investigate them in search of missing Sentinels.
You'll receive a new objective, so fly to the next location. Search the second encampment and listen to what Brin has to say.
You can now proceed to the Scar base. Continue fighting the opponents, including new stars and defense turrets. Similarly as in the case of the previous battles, turrets are quite dangerous and can destroy your shields very fast. You need to unlock the entrance to the mine (the objective will be updated once you approach its entrance) which involves using explosives. Use the radar to find them (screenshot above).
Start carrying the explosives (a heavy object - you cannot fly when carrying them). Reach Scar barricade found at the entrance to the mine (screenshot above) and place the explosives there.
You need to defend the green circle until the explosives are armed. A good move would be to clear out the Scar camp beforehand, as the area near the mine does not contain any covers which you can use. You need to use abilities blocking enemy bullets or leave the barricade for a moment to regain your health. Once the explosives are armed, leave the blast area. You can now enter The Mandible, a mine which is a new dungeon (you don't have to get rid of Scar remnants found on the ground floor).
Reach the area which contains Barr, an injured Sentinel that has to be revived. This will allow you to talk to him and learn of the current situation. Barr will want to accompany you, and you need to follow his footsteps. Reach a large hall which activates a respawn block.
You receive a new objective - find 5 signets. These are found at the corpses of dead Sentinels. To locate them, use the radar (exemplary signet location is shown in the screenshot above). In the meantime, watch out for opponents (including legendary hunters and scouts) and resurrect Barr again if he has died during the combat. The final signet is held by a mini-boss - use your best abilities to defeat him and pick-up the signet.
Proceed deeper into the mine. Watch out for mines in the corridor connecting the already visited area with another large hall. The final part of the mine is a home to Ursix. Killing this beast shouldn't pose any difficulties, as the combat isn't joined by other opponents - you can fly or run across a very large room in between attacks.
After the battle is won, reach a dead Sentinel - the area next to him will hold the sought relic. The expedition will end soon.
Contract: Sentinel Collaboration
This is another contract received from the board of Sentinel faction and similarly to the previous one, has randomly-generated mission objectives. The hero can be asked to e.g. save imprisoned Sentinels or to defeat a group of Dominion soldiers.
Research and Rescue
The next quest from Brin involves reaching a signal emitted by a Sentinel who died during a recent expedition. Begin a new expedition and travel in the direction of the signal. The location in question is an abandoned Strider port that has been taken over by Scar. You need to fight them.
Avoid unnecessary risk during combat, as you can't respawn. Try to destroy the turrets and machine guns as soon as possible. Once the quest objectives update, focus on Hives.
Once the battle is concluded, find an entrance to Scar Tunnels - it is found at the port and shown in the screenshot above. Scar Tunnels are a separate location.
The first bigger hall of the dungeon will be a background to a new fight with Scar. As always, watch out for elites. Once the battle is won, find a cage with the imprisoned guardsman. Open it and press the interaction button to revive the injured ally. You can now leave the bandit hideout and return to the surface.
Start following the new signal. Once you reach the marked location, a battle will begin where you'll face Escari - a huge mech. Same as in the case of similar fights, stay mobile and avoid being targeted. Fire strongest attacks and hide behind rocks if your shield is down. You'll also encounter normal bandits. Ignore them or kill if they pose a danger to you. You can also use them to fire combo attacks or to refill your ammunition.
Defeating the mech ends the expedition - don't forget to pick-up the loot.
Apocalypse When?
This mission should become available only after the completion of the main plot. Brin will tell you the Guardians managed to locate the unique Doomsday Relict. You will be asked to go to the location where the artifact is allegedly located. Start the expedition and go to the location with the relict.
The Doomsday Relict is hidden among junk shown in the picture above - get rid of it using weapons or offensive abilities. This will allow you to uncover the relic and interact with it.
Now, set out towards the source of the weird noises. After reaching the ruins, the respawns will be locked and the battle will begin. Apart from fighting the Scars (among them can also appear Elite or Legendary Enforcers and Hunters) you also have to locate 3 fragments of the artifact. Return them in turn to the central facility and get rid of the remaining Scars.
After a while you will receive a new, very similar mission objective. This time, you have to deliver 5 new fragments of the artifact and have to consider the locked respawns again. The greatest complication of this battle is the appearance of a Titan(Lesser Ash Titan). Note that you don't have to kill the Titan if you want to avoid fighting it. You can only focus on returning fragments and avoiding its strong attacks in the meantime. The only objective is completing the relic.
Proceed towards the source of the noises - it is the huge location, The Iron Serpent. Once you get near the blue source of energy, a very strong Doomsday Titan will appear, and you will also be tasked with finding 8 echoes. In this particular case, you must get rid of the Titan. You can postpone the duel or defeat it right away; only after you have won can you set off to search for the echoes.
When fighting the Titan, it's a good idea to rely on a large number of pillars, which should help you to avoid at least some of its attacks. Also watch out for the elementals and don't allow them to explode near your javelin. Defeating the Titan will conclude the expedition - make sure you loot the corpse!
One Of Us
The last big quest from Brin requires you to defend the silenced Doomsday Relic from the Scars' attempts to take it over, with Dominion forces also being involved. Start the expedition and reach the location with the relic. The respawns will become locked then.
During the fights for defending the Doomsday Relic, you will be aided by allied Sentenels. Revive them if you can. You will not be punished for ignoring their calls for help, but defeating enemies without their help will be more difficult (especially if you play the mission alone).
You will have to join the fight right after arriving to the location. Eliminate the Scars and Dominion units. During the battle, keep your eye on the Brutes. Take full advantage of your flying ability, taking cover behind different obstacles.
You will soon be tasked with reaching a sunken Strider. Reach the body of water and dive. You have to get to the wreckage of Strider down at the bottom, and tag it (screen above).
Go to the location occupied by Scars. Engage in combat and focus on defeating the legendary Enforcer, making sure you avoid its attacks. After winning the battle, find the relic fragment (screen 1). Get back to the Doomsday Relic to install the retrieved fragment.
Now, head to a location occupied by Dominion forces. You must defeat all enemies, including the legendary Brute. Just as with the previous camp, you must find the fragment of the relic (picture 2) and return with it to the main artifact.
There's a series of three battles awaiting near the Doomsday Relic. During the first battle, you will have to defeat Scars, and during the second - the Dominion forces.
In each of the fights, start by dealing with the legendary opponents that your Ultimate ability can help you eliminate. Leave weaker enemies for later, but you can also attack them if there is an opportunity to launch an area attack and kill a large number of enemies. Don't forget to be able to help your allies. You can resurrect them in real time or between battles when you have some time to rest before more enemies appear.
In the last, third, battle, two, very strong furies of Dominion have to be defeated. Attack them one-by-one. Each time, focus first on the destruction of a standard shield or sphere within which the Fury can hide. Only when it loses its cover, use the best skills to collect as many points from her yellow armor bar as possible.
After winning the third battle, collect the loot left by the furies (and previous opponents) and wait until the expedition is over. Meet with Brin and other Guardians in Fort Tarsis to receive thanks and complete the mission.
Sentinel Contracts
During the breaks between performing larger missions for Sentinels and after completing all agent missions, you can also receive Contracts. They will appear on the board of the Sentinels (they are not picked up automatically after talking to Brin).
The contracts do not emphasize story. Their assumptions are randomly generated, so when you play a contract with the same name again, you should get different mission objectives. Received order may concern e.g. destruction of bandits' nests, recovery of signets of fallen guards, finding and delivering echoes, or closing the gate of the Dominion.
As soon as the main plot of the game is completed, you can also receive legendary contracts in addition to standard orders. They are characterized by more demanding assumptions (e.g. having to fight a series of battles with legendary enemies or mini-bosses), but thanks to completing them, you can get a more valuable loot.
