At the end of one of the first missions in Star Wars Outlaws, you will be faced with the choice of whether to give valuable information to the Crimson Dawn faction or perhaps to the Pyke Syndicate. This page will give you a hint of the consequences of each decision.

At the end of the Underworld mission on Toshara, you will gain valuable information about the planned coup within the Pyke Syndicate. You can tell the leader Gorlak about your discovery. The alternative is to pass the tip on to the Crimson Dawn organization, which competes with the Pykes for influence. On this page of the guide we will tell you which of the above options is better and what their consequences are.
What is the impact of choosing one of the sides?
The choice that concludes the Underworld mission introduces the player to the faction reputation system, which is described in more detail on this page of the guide. By choosing a specific option, you can ensure a positive reception from one of five criminal groups. However, this may often come at the cost of worsening relations with other factions.
The choice on Toshara, although not without significance, is not an unequivocal choice on either side of the criminal conflict. An early decision does not eliminate your chances of building a good or bad relationship with both organizations, but rather it is a small, initial bonus that may make it easier for you with some further steps.
Which option to choose?
If you really care about choosing an objectively "better" option, then your choice should rather go towards the Pyke syndicate and keeping the information for Gorlak. This option will give you a fairly large bonus to your relationship with the Pyke (changing it to "Good"), but will also unlock a small, positive influence among the Crimson Dawn members.
Choosing Elaara will not change your relationship with the Pykes at all, but your relationship with the Crimson Dawn will become "Good".
