Delivery Crate is a container for various rewards. Below we explain how you can reach it for the first time.

1. The crate is located on board Trailblazer, meaning you can only access it later in the game.
2. Make enough progress in the story to unlock the main quest New Tricks. This mission involves visiting the Jaunta's Hope settlement on the Toshara moon, where you will find a landing pod. This is where you'll see the ship for the first time.
3. Later in the campaign you can simply return to the landing pods or spaceports on particular planets.

1. Take a look at your ship's hangar- this is where the Delivery Crate you're looking for will be located. It resembles a large black suitcase (see the screenshot above).

Rewards in the crate

1. The main motivation to return to the crate is to collect rewards for improving your reputation with a given faction. The first such reward is always a new blaster pattern for achieving a good relationship level. Further rewards may include new clothing items.

1. The Delivery Crate will also contain rewards related to pre-orders and owning a special edition of the game. You will need to manually claim the items using the crate as they will not be automatically available in Kay's inventory once you start the game.
