Before you tackle The Wreck main mission on planet Toshara, mechanic Waka will ask you to upgrade your speeder. On this page of the guide, we will tell you where to look for the specialist who will point you to the modifications and install them for you.
Where to look for the mechanic?
After completing False Flag, another main mission - The Wreck - will appear in your journal. However, mechanic Waka who gives it to you will not be willing to cooperate until you upgrade your speeder.
From the information provided by the mechanic and Danka you can learn that you can find the right person in Jaunta's Hope. Go to the location and talk to the person behind the counter in the restaurant.
The bartender will send you to the Kadua farm, west of Mirogana. Talk to the vendors there.
You will be directed to the new headquarters of mechanic Selo, which is located north of Jaunta's Hope.
Talk to Selo. The woman will agree to help you and modify the speeder for you if you first help her recover the atmospheric accelerator from the Empire's wind facility.
How to recover the atmospheric accelerator?
The wind facility is located on the northwestern edge of the map. You can get there using the speeder.
To stop the large fan at the tunnel entrance, use the devices received from Selo. Install it on the machinery to the left of the tunnel.
Get on the speeder and ride to the end of the tunnel.
To proceed further, use Nix's help by turning off the force field.
In the platforming sections you will have to watch out for fans that activate from time to time. The lights on the sides of the device will flash yellow before activation. Don't stand directly in front of an active fan, because the air current will push you into the abyss.
To progress through some of the climbing sequences you will need to destroy the fan power supplies. Look for the yellow devices and shoot them with your blaster. Sometimes there will be more than one power supply.
You can climb on the yellow grid windmills. Generally, most of the surfaces marked in yellow are for climbing.
When jumping on elements protruding from the wall, try to get the timing right so as not to be surprised by the element hiding or extending.
Once you reach the control room, interact with the computer and Kay will pull out the part of interest to you.
After taking the accelerator, you can return to the speeder, leave the wind facility and return to mechanic Selo.
After a short cut-scene, Selo will install a new feature to your speeder that will give you a temporary speed boost. Now you can move on to the next main story.
