Bacta Vial allow you to heal the character of the game Star Wars Outlaws. From the guide you will learn how to replenish the supply of vials, how to increase their limit, what are the consequences of Kay's death and how to extend the health bar permanently.

Star Wars Outlaws does not offer an automatic full healing mechanic for the main character. Our guide contains useful information on how to heal Kay with bacta vials and how to increase the carry limit of these consumable items. We also touched upon the consequences of the protagonist's death and additional healing items worn by the protagonist and permanently extending the health bar of the main character.

Kay's low health warning and death

1. By default, your character cannot regain 100% of lost health. Only a portion of the health bar is automatically regenerated. You will have to heal the remaining amount on your own.
2. The red screen is a low health warning. Also be aware that the protagonist can die suddenly, for example due to an explosion or being hit by a powerful projectile. Fortunately, death in the game has no serious consequences, as you will be returned to the last checkpoint and will not lose any credits or other equipment.

Bacta Vial

1. Bacta Vial is the universal medicine in the game- you can take them by pressing the down button on the D-pad.
2. Bacta Vials are treated as consumable items. You can find them as loot, e.g. dropped by defeated enemies. Additionally, they are available for purchase from selected traders. Consider this option if you have used up all of your supplies. The average price is around 20 credits, but you can lower it by having good relations with the trader's faction.

Increased number of treatments and other healing improvements

1. By default, Kay can only carry 2 Bacta Vials at a time and this may not be enough for you to win larger battles or complete longer quests.
2. Some equipment can increase this limit. Equipping the belt (see example in the screenshot) can add an additional Bacta Vial slot to your inventory. However, the limit is increased only as long as you're wearing the item.

1. Bonuses of equipped items may also include automatic healing as a reward for certain actions. In the example in the screenshot, health can be partially restored for each enemy defeated while Adrenaline Rush is active.

How to extend health bar permanently?

1. The game also features ways to extend Kay's health bar to improve her vitality.
2. The desired effect is guaranteed by the Armoured Undershirt skill from the first expert of the game (Bartender). You must either find or purchase rare materials to unlock this skill and start using it.

1. You can also make your struggles easier through the Player Health setting in the game options (Gameplay tab). It allows you to increase the default number of health points and is one of the game's difficulty settings.
