The Sims 4 Seasons: Gardener - a new profession, career levels Sims 4 Guide, tips
Last update: 07 April 2022
The Sims 4: Four seasons expansion gives you the opportunity to test yourself in a new job - become a gardener and see how you will manage vegetation. This page contains detailed information about the new profession - you will learn what positions includes the post, what needs to be done to get promoted, how much you can earn, and at what hours and days does the gardener work.
What skills are needed to get promoted?
Gardening is, of course, the skill that you need to develop in order to be promoted. To do this, use your computer, buy seeds, then sow them in your garden and take good care of them - for more information on this, see the "Skills" section on the "Gardening" page of our guide.
In addition, it's worth animating the scarecrow to take advantage of its gardening advice - in the construction mode you'll find a scarecrow called Patchy the Strawman. Then talk to it several times until you become friends - then you will be able to ask him every 12 hours for advice on gardening, which speeds up the development of this skill. See the "How to animate the scarecrow" page for more information.
Additionally, if you choose the path of a florist (you can choose a specialization after the fifth promotion), you will have to develop a new skill introduced by the expansion - flower arranging. To do this, buy a flower arranging station from the "Outdoor activities" tab and create various flower combinations. For more information on this skill, see the "New Skill - Flower Arranging" page.
And if you choose to become a botanist, you'll have to develop logic in addition to gardening - the best way to do it is to play chess.
