What skills do I need to develop to get a promotion?
The skills needed to advance in the education career are Research & Debate and Logic. The easiest way to increase Research & Debate is to use Electromagnetic Research Archive Machine (you can buy it or find it at the University) or you can use a mirror. Logic can be quickly developed with the help of a chessboard. Choosing the Administrator career also requires Charisma, which you will develop using a mirror.
