While playing the game you may find a Treasure Map. It's not a reward for any specific quest and can be obtained during various activities or dropped by monsters. You can get it in Vern at the earliest. It shows an unusual location which, as the description claims, you must have passed by before. The location in question is a white figure in the southern part of Port Krona, Vern. Interact with the figure to start a quest related to Tooki: Complete and Broken World.
