This page of the guide to Lost Ark describes the process of obtaining daily login rewards.

The game rewards players for logging in daily. This is not a permanent feature though - it's more of a periodic event. To redeem the daily login reward select the stamp icon from the upper-left menu. Then select the reward from the calendar.

You're not done yet though. The next step requires you to open your mail (the envelope icon in the same panel) and choose the reward message (they can expire if you wait too long). After opening the envelope click the Accept All button at the bottom to redeem the rewards. Now check your inventory. Sometimes you're rewarded with crates, so you'll need to open them to get the rewards themselves.
