In the basic version of Farming Simulator 25 you get access to 3 diverse maps: Riverbend Springs, Hutan Pantoi and Zielonka. On this page, we will describe each map in detail and explain which one is the best to choose.
Riverbend Springs
The first map is Riverbend Springs. This American town is characterized by large fields, wide streets and relatively flat terrain. The large river that crosses the location is one of its distinctive elements.
We recommend Riverbend Springs as a starting map for new players. Friendly topography facilitates navigation and organization of space. Wide, American-style streets will allow you to easily move around the area, even behind the wheel of the largest machines.
Additionally, you can play an optional tutorial on this map, activated during world generation. It introduces new players to the basic mechanics of the game in a simple way. It's recommended to complete it if it's your first time playing Farming Simulator.
Hutan Pantoi
The second map is heavily inspired by rural East Asia. The slightly hilly terrain provides space for huge, extensive fields and small, marshy regions, ideal for growing rice.
The focal point of the area is a town located on the seashore, in the southern part of the map. We recommend this location to more advanced players, who will be able to adapt to the uneven terrain layout in the far eastern province.
Zielonka
Zielonka is the last map, inspired by Poland. It is based on the eastern regions of Poland, taking the form of a small village surrounded by geometric, elongated fields.
The flat terrain makes it easy to move around the area. However, its quite narrow roads and the highly fragmented cultivation space may be problematic; in Zielonka, there are over 100 plots. However, more experienced farmers will be able to overcome these inconveniences.
