This page describes Tortuga's Swim side quest in The Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep. The description of the quest in the game does not contain any clues, and this task is not so obvious. This solution explains how to complete them.

In the port of Skara Brae you will meet a drunkard. You have to find a way to talk with him.

You have to go to a few places to buy alcohol. You will see the price of 750 gold in every shop, but remember that this is the price for 20 bottles. To buy one bottle, right-click on it and "divide" the items - one bottle costs 30 gold.

In Forest of Inshriach, north from the village, you can buy a Stagswift wine. Sell it to Asti, who stands near a keg.

In Wyre village, In Seal & Sirens (tavern in the middle of a village on the Stennish Islands) you can buy Selkie's tears.

In Baedish Lowlands, east of the well in the middle of the village, there is a tavern. There you may buy Wrecker's Dram.

Once you have all the beverages, go back to the port at Skara Brae. Use them in front of drunkard. You will get from him a Tortuga's brooch. Put it in the chapel, which is located south of the house of the Tavish the paladin.
