Minecraft: Update Aquatic - what's new? Information

Release date

Update Aquatic for the Java Edition was released on July 18, 2018. However, it wasn't available on other platforms until September 11, 2018. These other platforms include:

1. Xbox 360;
2. PlayStation 3;
3. PlayStation Vita;
4. Wii U;
5. PlayStation 4.

Update Aquatic - new content

The update has added:

1. New aquatic environments;
2. Shipwrecks;
3. Sea creatures;
4. Drowned.

The Update Aquatic has also added a number of changes, such as improved boat controls and the character's swimming speed. All to make it easier to navigate the seas.
