Trouble Over Taul | Walkthrough LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Guide
Last update: 20 July 2016
"Trouble Over Taul" is one of the longer side missions available in LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It allows controlling the forces of the First Order, including Captain Phasma known from the levels of the main story. The mission takes place on the deck of a medium-sized corvette. The forces of the First Order are trying to search the spaceship in order to obtain information about the location of the Resistance's hideous. During the level you will visit various locations on the deck of the mentioned flying unit. Your final destination will be the captain's deck.
Unlocking the quest
The mission is unlocked after completing the eighth chapter of the main storyline (Starkiller Sabotage). HOWEVER, in order to start this mission you must accumulate at least 50 golden LEGO bricks. Golden bricks can be obtained by completing the main quests and uncovering secrets on the map or by looking around while exploring the open maps in the game.
After gathering at least 50 bricks you must open the map of the galaxy and select planet Taul which is related to the described side mission (the First Order's ship is flying near that planet).
Exploring the First Order's ship
The level starts with a blaster battle. Quickly reach cover and start eliminating members of the Resistance. At first you won't have any trouble with attacking the enemies, but a few final enemies will hide behind cover. In order to solve this trouble you must use the Quadnoculars and uncover the golden objects on the right side. Then aim at them when playing as Captain Phasma (above picture). Hitting them will create a hole in the hull and the remaining enemies will be sucked through it.
Continue the exploration of the interior of the corvette and eliminate small groups of enemies. You must reach the place where there is a cracked wall next to the collapsed passage. Switch to FN-2199 and break through the weakened wall.
You will reach a room with large computer. First select Captain Phasma and hang on the interactive handle located on the right side. After pulling the handle you must use the interactive bricks to build a terminal. Switch to 0-MR1 and use that terminal. Solve the minigame - select yellow, green and red sign.
Completing the minigame will pull the fire down and unlock the passage. Select Captain Phasma, use the new corridor and use the blaster in order to destroy the encountered golden obstacle.
Reach the new room occupied by members of the Resistance. Eliminate them and take interest in the right force field. In order to deactivate it you must hit two blue objects on its sides.
A new blaster battle will start in the next corridor. The fight will be slightly harder due to the regular change of orientation. Focus only on eliminating the members of the Resistance. The last of them will have longer health bar, but he won't be troublesome as long as you remember to move from cover only for short while.
Reaching captain's deck
Once the fights are over, start exploring the new corridors of the ship. Soon you will reach closed door where Captain Phasma can use Quadnoculars. Scan the object on the right side in order to reveal the broken wall. Switch to FN-2199 and break through the part of the wall. This will unlock an interactive handle on which Captain Phasma can hang.
Find the handle at the ceiling in the next room and pull it out in order for interactive bricks to appear in the area. Use them to create a mechanism with a handle on the right side and use it. Now select 0-MR1 and reach the terminal at the end of the corridor. You will have to solve the well known minigame - select green, yellow and the red sign.
Completing the minigame will unlock entrance to captain's deck. Once you arrive at the destination, you will have to eliminate the final group of the members of the resistance. Then destroy the environmental objects and use Quadnoculars in the central part of the room. Scan the console in the upper left corner of the captain's deck which is shown on the picture. Completing this action will end the mission.
