Epilogue - Luke's Island | Minikits and red bricks LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Guide

On this page, you can find all of the information that you are going to need to find and obtain 10 minikits and a red LEGO brick in mission "Epilogue" which ends the main storyline of the game. Try to find these collectibles in the free game mode. Additionally, read information provided below, where you find information such as how to prepare yourself properly for the hunt.

Important information

It is best to try to find collectibles in this chapter in the free game mode, only after you have unlocked a greater number of playable characters. Only several of those collectibles can be found while playing this chapter for the first time (in the story mode).

A very important piece of information is that some of the collectibles cannot be obtained only with characters that you have obtained in the story mode.

You are going to need three characters of unique abilities. The first one is a character that can destroy golden objects and for that, you can buy e.g. Stormtrooper Heavy. The second unique character you are going to need is one that can swim, e.g. Admiral Ackbar that you receive after you complete mission "Poe to the rescue". The last unique ability you are going to need is ramming through cracked walls and you can buy, e.g. Grummgar.

Minikit 1 will require you to destroy three trees growing in three different spots of the island. You have to remember about it, while searching for the remaining minikits. Try to perform actions in the order presented in this walkthrough, thanks to which you will make sure that you do not miss anything.

Apart from obtaining the collectibles, you can try to obtain the title of the True Jedi. It is awarded in this mission "Epilogue" after you collect, at least 30000 studs.

Minikit 1/10 - tree 1

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode.

To obtain the minikit, you have to destroy three small brown trees with birds on them. You can use any melee or ranged weapon to do that. The first tree is in the chapter's starting point.

Minikit 2/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can find this minikit at the very beginning of the mission. Find the interactive grappling point shown in the above screenshot and use grappling hook on it as any of the characters. Afterwards, build a minikit using the scattered fragments.

Minikit 3/10

Special requirements: a character that can swim (e.g. Admiral Ackbar)

Location and how to unlock: You can try to obtain this minikit right after the Epilogue starts. On the left, there is a body of water that can be used by Admiral Ackbar or any other character that can swim. After you jump into water, you will automatically travel to the islet with this minikit.

Minikit 4/10

Special requirements: a character that uses lightsaber (e.g. Darth Vader or Finn from later stages)

Location and how to unlock: You can find this minikit within a short distance to the right, of the Epilogue's starting point. Find the black rock shown in the above screenshot (it is next to the platform that can be used by Rey) and cut it using lightsaber. Thanks to this, you will obtain this minikit.

Minikit 5/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. After you use the catapulting platform, as Rey, or any other character that can do that, ignore the handle that you can see in the distance and go to the far right. Stand in the spot shown in the above screenshot and press the correct button to jump over onto the rock on the right. Keep jumping up until you reach the ledge with the collectible.

Minikit 6/10

Special requirements: character that uses the Force (e.g. Luke or Darth Vader)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit right after you have obtained the one above. Return to the larger islet below. Go right as far as you can and note that there is a small package drifting in the water. Use either

Minikit 7/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. Keep exploring the isle and you will reach the spot where Chewbacca has to grab the handle once again. After you use the passage, take interest in the rocks on the left, shown in the above screenshot. You can place Rey's bar in the first slot and start jumping towards successive bars, thanks to which you will reach the small ledge with this minikit.

Red LEGO brick

Reward for obtaining the brick: dancing characters (The Funk Awakens)

Special requirements: a character that uses the dark side of the Force (e.g. Darth Vader), a character that can use small hatches (e.g. BB-8)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this red LEGO brick in the location, where one of the characters (Rey, by default) has to walk around the large boulders that are blocking passage, by jumping towards bars and ledges. After you get to the right of the boulders, stand in the spot shown in the above screenshot and switch to Darth Vader, or any other character using the dark side of the Force. Using the force will reveal a small hatch that you can use as BB-8 or any other short character. This will take you to the ledge with the red brick.

Minikit 8/10

Special requirements: character that uses the Force (e.g. Luke or Darth Vader)

Location and how to unlock: You get opportunity to obtain this minikit after you push over the large obstacle as two characters. Walk over the small bridge and enter the location where you have to find a Force sensitive spot (it is to the left of the new handle). Using the force will grant you access to a stash with the collectible.

Minikit 1/10 - tree 2

You can find the second tree after Chewbacca uses a handle for the last time and after your characters split. It is by the path up.

Minikit 9/10

Special requirements: a character that can destroy golden objects (e.g. Heavy Trooper)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit soon after your characters split and one of them takes stairs to the nearby hill. When it becomes possible, turn left. In the spot shown in the above screenshot, you can switch to a character that can destroy golden objects which will reward you with the collectible.

Minikit 1/10 - tree 3

You can find the third tree after you climb the hill on the isle. DO NOT APPROACH Luke whom you can see in the distance and instead, go right to find the tree.

Minikit 10/10

Special requirements: a character that can ram through cracked walls (e.g. Grummgar)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit towards the very end of the mission, after you climb the hill on the island. DO NOT APPROACH Luke whom you can see in the distance and instead, go right to find the cracked wall. You can ram through it as, e.g. Grummgar.
