Lor San Tekka's Return | Minikits and red bricks LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Guide

Important information

It is best to try to find collectibles in this chapter in the free game mode, only after you have unlocked a greater number of playable characters. Only several of those collectibles can be found while playing this chapter for the first time (in the story mode).

Before you start this one, play another optional mission - "Poe to the rescue". Thanks to this, you will obtain Admiral Ackbar, whom you are going to need to obtain minikit 6 (a character that can swim). As for the rest of the collectibles, you can obtain them as regular characters that you obtain in the story mode.

Minikit 8 requires much more involvement, because you find silver objects connected with it in Kelvin gorge. Remember about it and try to obtain

Apart from obtaining the collectibles, you can try to obtain the title of the True Jedi. It is awarded in this mission "Lor San Tekka's return" after you collect, at least 45000 studs.

Minikit 1/10

Special requirements: a character that can use sockets (e.g. BB-8)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this Minikit at the very beginning of the chapter. Select BB-8 or any other character that has similar abilities, plug into the socket on an engine of the shipwreck and charge it. The neighboring engine will spit out elements of the minikit that you have to assemble.

Minikit 2/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. You have to search thoroughly the area around the shipwreck and find four small creatures sticking out from the sand - one of them is on the left, another one next to the ship, and two more are on the right. An example of such a creature has been shown in the above screenshot. Attack each one of them. After you have eliminated all of them, you can assemble this minikit.

Minikit 3/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. See the area to the right of the ship to find the target shown in the above screenshot. Fire any ranged weapon at it, thanks to which a small droid will be released. At one of the stops in the droid's route, there are fragments of this minikit appearing. Assemble them.

Minikit 4/10

Special requirements: a character that uses lightsaber (e.g. Darth Vader or Finn from later stages)

Location and how to unlock: to find this minikit, you have to reach the right edge of the starting area, where there is a locked gate. Before you try to open it, go to the spot shown in the above screenshot. You can use the lightsaber here to cut the fan and gain access to this minikit.

Minikit 5/10

Special requirements: a character that can use terminals (e.g. BB-8)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit right after you open the first big gate. After you walk into a new area, go slightly to the right and find the terminal that can be used, e.g. by BB-8. Using the terminal opens the stash with the minikit.

Minikit 6/10

Special requirements: a character that can swim (e.g. Admiral Ackbar)

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit right after you have obtained the previous one. Examine the area at the bottom of the screen, where you find a body of water shown in the above screenshot. Jump into the water as a character that can swim, e.g. Admiral Ackbar. He will get the minikit from the water.

Red LEGO brick

Reward for obtaining the brick: studs multiplier x10

Special requirements: a character that can use sockets (e.g. BB-8)

Location and how to unlock: You can find this red LEGO brick in the same area as the above two Minikits. Examine the bottom part of this area, thanks to which you will find the passage to another location, shown in the above screenshot. After you come down, switch to BB-8 and plug in to the nearby socket to charge it.

To obtain the collectible, you have to enter a boxing fight, of a kind. Approach either the violet or the green button and start hitting it, thanks to which one of the robots will start punching the other one. Do not worry that these will not take any effect, at first, because several punches will deprive the other robot of its armor and you will score. Score, in this way, for three times, upon which the red brick appears.

Minikit 7/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. You have to reach the upper part of the area in which you have obtained Minikits 5 and 6. By default, it is Athgar Heece who gets there, after he grabs on to the bar and is lifted by another character. Before you perform the actions on the ledge above (you have to push over the crate), look at the silver object that can be destroyed with thermal detonator. This will enable you to climb to a ledge above, where there is the collectible.

Minikit 8/10 - silver objects 1 and 2

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. To obtain a minikit, you have to destroy four silver objects hanging in four different spots of the map, using thermal detonators. The first one is on the ledge above, onto which you have climbed to obtain the seventh minikit. The location of the object has been shown in the above screenshot.

You find the second silver object right after you have walked around the large chasm, using Athgar Heece's jetpack. Look up high (the above screenshot).

Minikit 9/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. You can obtain it after you have walked around the big chasm using Athgar Heece's jetpack. After you get into a new spot, you will spot the minikit levitate on the right (the above screenshot). Use the jetpack again to grab it in mid-air.

Minikit 8/10 - silver object 3

You find the third silver object after you reach the area with the bandit leader in it. You can find the object on the right and it has been shown in the above screenshot.

Minikit 10/10

Special requirements: none

Location and how to unlock: You can obtain this minikit either in the story mode or in the free game mode. You can try to obtain it after the wall on the left, in the room with the bandit leader, is destroyed. After you make it over onto the ledge on the left, walk towards the fence shown in the above screenshot. Use Athgar Heece or any other character that uses thermal detonators to destroy two silver objects on the sides of this fence. As a result, the fence will collapse. You can now approach the fan on the left. Keep shooting at the target above it until minikit fragments drop down.

Minikit 8/10 - silver object 4

You can destroy the last silver object right before you take the passage on the top ledge. It is in the spot to the left of the passage, shown in the above screenshot.
