This page of the Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart game guide explains when and under what circumstances can you access Mrs. Zurkon's store. You will learn when you can encounter the vendor and what actions are available in the trade window.

Mrs. Zurkon is the only vendor in the game world. As a result, you will be able to find her on all of the planets that appear in the game, and often in multiple locations. As you explore more areas, store icons will continue to appear. You can always visit any of Mrs. Zurkon's stores, as she will offer the same items and services in each location.

Mrs. Zurkon is primarily a weapons vendor. Not all weapons are immediately available - more weapon models are unlocked for purchase as you progress through the main storyline, and we've covered where you can access them in our game guide.

Weapons are purchased with bolts, which are mainly acquired by destroying crates in the game world. As some of the weapons that appear later in the game are quite expensive, try to collect as many bolts as possible from the very beginning of the game. If you can't buy all the weapons on offer at a given time, then choose the ones we recommend in our walkthrough or simply the ones you consider to work better with your playstyle.

At Mrs. Zurkon's you can also refill your ammunition supply and restore your health, but this isn't the best use of your bolts. Throughout the game you will acquire about 20 different weapons, so if you ever run out of ammo, you can simply switch to another weapon until you find the right type of ammunition in the game world. This will allow you to save up 100% of the bolts you earn to purchase permanent items.

You can regenerate your health by finding crates in the game world. Paying to restore your health is only helpful on some of the highest difficulty levels.

A separate tab in the trade window allows you to buy weapon upgrades from Mrs. Zurkon. Upgrades are unlocked separately for each weapon you have and you should prioritize the weapons that you use most often and that have the most firepower to help you in boss battles.

Bolts aren't used to buy upgrades. Instead, you will have to pay with raritanium. These are blue crystals that you can acquire mainly through:

1. exploring the game world - they are marked on the map as you uncover new locations,
2. defeating elite opponents such as Grunthors and bosses.

By completing the main storyline, you will unlock Challenge Mode (we described it in more detail on a separate page). This affects Mrs. Zurkon's store in two ways:

1. you will be able to buy more weapons - 2 brand new weapons as well as improved versions of the Omega weapons that you have upgraded to level 5,
2. you will be able to get the purchased Omega weapons to level 10 and buy new upgrades for them.
