This page of the Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart guide covers the second part of the Ardolis walkthrough. The following walkthrough describes the additional mission objective - Treasure Hunt. You will learn how to get to the chest with the optional treasure and what reward you will get.

Treasure Hunt is an optional mission objective on the planet Ardolis. You can see it from the very beginning of your visit to the pirate base. The earliest you can get it is after rescuing Pierre Le Fer during the first main mission objective. You can also reach the treasure chest later.

Start on the circular platform where Pierre was imprisoned. Head to the northern area marked with a blue dot on the map. In the place from the picture, you have to jump on the flying ship and defeat the first group of pirates.

Grab the handle to jump to the second pirate ship. Deal with the enemies (try to destroy the explosive red barrels) and then head towards the neon-lit entrance to the pirate bar.

Inside it, you will face more enemies. Initially, there are only a few enemies in the bar, but more will appear once you start the fight. Thankfully, you won't run into any elite enemies. You also have quite a lot of room. Don't forget that you can summon your allies.

After the battles are over, reach the next neon signs - you will come across an elevator traveling to a higher level. Wait for it to reach another floor and start exploring it.

You will have one more fight with pirates. There won't be many of them, and there won't be any stronger enemies. You must reach the treasure chest shown in the picture. Examine its contents.

You will get Map-O-Matic device. That gadget marks collectibles on the map - Gold Bolts, Spybots and armor pieces (Map-O-Matic, unfortunately, doesn't mark Craiggerbears). This also applies to locations you have not yet explored, so it will be easier for you to explore planets 100%.
