Destiny 2: Daily and Weekly Reset Destiny 2 Guide
Last update: 29 March 2021
In this chapter of our Destiny 2 game guide, you will learn when certain activities reset, as well as when certain NPCs change positions and when you can loot new Imperial Chests.
As the gameplay in Destiny 2 takes place fully on public servers, they have specific rules and offer players more unique activities than just simple repetitive elements or main storyline which are available all the time. All players are affected by the reset - if you are in the middle of an activity that resets, it will be terminated. That means that all your progress so far in it will be lost.

The Daily Reset in Destiny 2 always occurs at 19:00 CET (CEST) [17:00 UTC]. In addition, a Weekly Reset also takes place every Tuesday at 19:00 CET (CEST) [17:00 UTC].
