Light Bowgun tips
Weapon description
- Both this weapon and Hunting Horn are viewed as support weapons - although you can still use it to damage enemies. It is also an interesting weapon for solo players.
- Gameplay is very similar to that of a Heavy Bowgun. The main difference is in mobility - here, you can move without problems on a battlefield. You can easily perform dodges, slides and fire from a safe place.
- This weapon's strength lies in inflicting various status effects on beasts. By selecting the right ammo, you can paralyze, set on fire or poison your enemies. Like with other weapons - you have to reload it after shooting a certain number of rounds.
- Just like a Heavy Bowgun, this weapon also uses special ammo. Depending on a weapon you can perform special attacks and, e.g. place mines on ground. This type of ammo can't be reloaded in a traditional way, you have to wait until you can use it again.
- Light Bowgun can be customized at a blacksmith. Just like its heavier version, this weapon can be upgraded and modified with attachments that can improve accuracy, shot power, add new status effects etc. Weapon's rarity determines number of modifications that can be installed. Also, upgrades can be further improved to strengthen their bonus effect.
For whom is this weapon?
- This weapon is for players who prefer firearms over melee weapons. Light Bowgun is faster than Heavy Bowgun, offers greater mobility and has many versions of ammo.
- A great weapon for both solo and team players. You have a lot of options when it comes to types of ammo and playstyles. However, in the beginning you can have some problems with switching between different shots fluently.
- This weapon has a lot of modification possibilities. You can create a weapon that can suit the way you play - select sights, increase attack power, add new abilities etc.
Conclusion: A great weapon for those who want to stay in the back and have a control over a beast. You can use a lot of different ammo types that can give you advantage in battles.
Useful combos
Just like a Heavy Bowgun, this weapon has no combos. Everything depends on you and your choice of ammo. The picture above shows you all actions that can be performed with that weapon.
