Tips on battling Anjanath in Monster Hunter World: it's strong and weak points and a suggested hunt tactic:
General description
Characteristic: Anjanath roams the Ancient Forest looking for its favorite meal - the Aptonoth. This aggressive beast will attack anything without any consideration.
Known habitat: Ancient Forest
To battle this foe efficiently, you'll have to keep in mind the following information:
- Thanks to a special organ in its throat, Anjanath can spit fire. Focusing your attacks on throat will make the fight a lot easier.
- The enemy executes powerful charges - always try to keep yourself far from the enemy's jaws. Additionally, once you see it prepare the breath weapon - either dodge or escape. This attack really hurts.
- A good position is located between the beast's legs. Try to get there once the monster turns its back on you. The only things you need to watch out for once there are its rapid forward dashes and occasional tail strikes.
