List of secrets
There are 14 secrets to be found in mission 9 (Pelican Down) during the Connections chapter:

All secrets available in Mission 9 appear in always available locations. This means they can also be found in the later part of the campaign. None of them are missable. There are also propaganda towers to find in the Graveyards, but they're not listed as one of the secrets related to Mission 9.
Spartan Audio Log 1
The audio log is inside one of the wrecks in the Graveyards' central area. It's near the rhombus-shaped beacon signifying Mission 9 as well as the place where the UNSC vehicle is parked.
Spartan Audio Log 2
The secret is inside a small wreck next to the eastern AA gun.
Spartan Audio Log 3
The audio log is inside one of the wrecks in the Graveyards' central area. It's near the rhombus-shaped Mission 9 beacon. The wreck is visibly tilted and the collectible is in its upper part.
Spartan Audio Log 4
The audio log is located to the south-east of the rhombus-shaped Mission 9 beacon. The collectible is hidden near one of the wrecks, as shown on Picture 2.
Spartan Audio Log 5
This audio log can be found on top of a hill in the northern part of the Graveyards, to the west of the northern AA gun. It's a vantage point where you can also find a sniper rifle.
Spartan Core 1
The core is in the central area of the graveyards, on one of the higher shelves of a large wreck. It's near the rhombus-shaped Mission 9 beacon.
Spartan Core 2
The core is in a cave under the eastern AA gun.
Spartan Core 3
The core is located inside the building shown in the picture, neighboring the northern AA gun.
Spartan Core 4
This core can be found on top of a hill in the northern part of the Graveyards, to the west of the northern AA gun.
Spartan Core 5
The core is against a vertical metal wall, near some trees, to the south-east of the western AA gun.
Mjolnir Armory
The armor locker is in a well-visible place, a short distance to the south of the western AA gun.
Banished Audio Log - Reformation
The audio log is in a small building south of the western AA gun, as shown on picture 1. The collectible lies on the table.
Banished Audio Log - Loyalties
The audio log is in a building south of the eastern AA gun, as shown on picture 1. You'll find it by the wall, to the left of the weapon and grenade stand.
Banished Audio Log - Home
The log is in a small building at the base of the hill where the northern AA gun stands.
