Halo Infinite: Campaign achievements - list Halo Infinite guide, walkthrough

This guide page contains descriptions of all the campaign achievements for the game Halo Infinite. You will learn how to get 100 story mode chievements.

Last update: 10 December 2021

On this page you'll find detailed descriptions of the achievements available in Halo Infinite's campaign. You'll learn how to obtain all 69 campaign achievements and the requirements for obtaining each one.

We did our best to avoid spoiling the story, especially when describing the achievements obtained automatically by playing through the main story missions of Halo Infinite.

Information regarding the campaign achievements

  1. Halo Infinite features 119 achievements total, 69 of which are obtainable in the singleplayer campaign. Unlocking all campaign achievements rewards you with total of 1000 Gamerscore.
  2. All of the campaign achievements are obtainable by playing alone. Unfortunately you won't be able to obtain all of Halo Infinite's achievements by playing through the campaign, as 50 of them are tied to the separate multiplayer mode (and are worth 600 Gamerscore).
  3. Obtaining all campaign achievements is difficult. This is mostly due to two achievements requiring you to play on the highest available difficulty, Legendary. They can be incredibly problematic, especially since one of them also forces you to use skulls (additional handicaps).
  4. You'll almost certainly have to beat the campaign several times. This is not only due to difficulty levels but also missable achievements and a speedrun achievement (finishing the game in a specific amount of time).
  5. Many of the achievements are obtained automatically by progressing with the plot. Others revolve around secrets - you'll have to find every single collectible in the game.
  6. Achievements related to combat and gadget use are easy. They shouldn't pose you any trouble. The only difficult part is needing to perform specific actions many times to obtain an achievement.

Halo Infinite achievements don't unlock - why?

Unfortunately, Halo Infinite has problems with marking achievements as unlocked after fulfilling their requirements. You can have problems with unlocking, e.g. some story-related achievements (like the First Contact), but also those related to combat or collectibles.

Unfortunately, there is no proven solution for obtaining 100% of achievements without these problems. Just make sure that you have a permanent connection to the internet - this will increase the chances that the information about achievements will be stored correctly on the servers. Some achievements may be unlocked after a delay, e.g. starting the game the next day. Don't try to repeat the actions associated with them right away. Instead, wait a few days, and they may get unlocked.

Gamerscore: 100 points

Comment: This is the most difficult campaign achievement of them all due to two reasons:

  1. Legendary is the equivalent of Very Hard difficulty. It's very easy to die, and if you want to stay alive you must be at the top of your game, skillfully attacking the enemies and avoiding their attacks. Focus solely on the main missions, optional battles and other activities are too risky.
  2. Skulls are additional modifiers which make the game even more difficult. You can't immediately start working for this achievement as you must first unlock all the skulls - they are found as secrets in the game world.

How to unlock: Take down all three Banished AA guns in under 20 minutes - Halo Infinite: Campaign achievements - list - Appendix - Halo Infinite Guide

How to unlock: Take down all three Banished AA guns in under 20 minutes.

Gamerscore: 10 points

Comment: This achievement can be missed. It's obtainable during the Pelican Down main quest. The mission tasks you with defeating the Adjutant Resolution boss. Immediately after the boss fight you must destroy three AA guns, their locations appearing on the map. Here are some tips on how to get this achievement:

  1. We recommend playing on one of the lower difficulty levels to kill enemies quicker and die less often.
  2. Come to the mission prepared, equipped with good weapons: you'll have to deal with some tough enemies, such as the Hunters.
  3. You can use vehicles or the Grappleshot to reach the guns faster. After getting close to each AA gun use the scaner to quickly locate the interactive devices.

Full walkthrough of the Pelican Down mission can be found in our walkthrough section.

There's a chance you'll get this achievement even if it took you more than 20 minutes to destroy the AA guns. This is probably caused by the game misreading information about the duration of the mission. It is possible that this error will be fixed in the future.

Comment: This is a difficult achievement that forces you to speedrun. You should save it for your second playthrough.
