The game unlocks audio logs within a given category to make it easier to follow the messages presented in them. This happens regardless of the order of finding physical collectibles in the game world.

Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 1
This is the only Spartan Audio Log that can be found exclusively during the main mission. It is not available during the free exploration of the game world, and if you miss it, you have to start a new campaign.
You can get the secrete in the initial part of Mission 1 - Warship Gbraakon. You will find the collectible completing the mission objective involving reaching the captain's bridge. The collectible is in one of the corridors you go through on the way to the objective. To be exact, right before when grenade tutorial appears.
Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 2
The log is near the corpse of a soldier, west of the FOB Foxtrot base.
Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 3
The audio log is west of the FOB Foxtrot base and southwest of the Tower. You'll find it on a metal shelf by the abyss, next to the soldier's corpse.
Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 4
The audio log is adjacent to the FOB Golf base. After moving to the base, look for the shelf shown in picture 2 next to the blue wall.
Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 5
The audio log is located in a small campsite northeast of the FOB Golf base and east of the Boxer Squad.
Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 6
The log is in the southwest part of the world map, in a place where you help Starlight Squad. After the fighting, look for the collectible from picture 2, which is under the ramp.
Evacuation - Spartan Audio Log 7
The log is located on a hill southwest of the Carrera Squad marker. It is the southwest part of the Zeta Halo.
