There are 5 secrets to find in Forge of Teash outpost:

Banished Audio Log - Re: Damnable Eyes
To obtain this audio log, you must go down to the underground complex on the Forge grounds. It has two main entrances, and the one from our screenshot is more obvious (located in the eastern part of the base).
Use the large ramp and after dealing with encountered opponents, look around the first underground area. The collectible is right next to the weapon racks.
Banished Audio Log - Secrets Below
Proceed to the eastern part of the enemy base to locate the entrance to the building shown in the picture.
Once inside, you will find the audio recording on the ground floor, near the objects that are to be sabotaged as a part of capturing the outpost.
Spartan Core
The core is in the same building, as the Audio Log described above. In this case, you must use ramp leading to the upper floor. You will notice the chest along the way to the floor.
UNSC Audio Log - The Ally
This secret forces you to go outside of the Forge's boundaries. In the north-eastern part of the base, use Grappleshot to climb the rocks (screenshot 1), move towards the trees and then locate a narrow pathway (shown in screenshot 2).
You will reach a campsite in a cave - the Audio Log is there.
UNSC Audio Log - Digging Deeper
The audio log is located on a hill southeast of the Forge. You'll find a grenade chest next to it.
